Do you support OEM / ODM?+
Yes. We provide one-stop customization covering design, tooling, moulding, lining, printing and packaging. MOQ and lead time are quoted against drawings and process requirements.
What protection rating do the cases carry?+
A7 and AL series are rated IP67. A5 series uses a sealed, water- and dust-resistant structure. A1 and A3 are general storage ranges, with waterproof versions available on selected models.
Can samples be provided before ordering?+
Yes. Samples can be arranged for standard models. For customized projects, samples are provided at the tooling and trial stage, with process and cost agreed per project.
How are colour and logo customized?+
Colours are matched to Pantone references or samples with shade confirmed before production. Logos can be silk-screened, applied as PVC or epoxy labels, or fitted as metal nameplates.
What is the typical lead time?+
Lead time for standard models is confirmed by our sales team. Custom tooling projects are scheduled according to structural complexity and process route, and the production plan is issued with the quotation.
