Cases built around the equipment, not the other way round
Colour, branding, lining, panels, partitions and cut-outs — six customization capabilities spanning standard modifications to all-new tooling.
Composable customization modules
Custom Colours
Body colours matched to Pantone references or physical swatches. Shade is confirmed before mass production, with matching accessories available.
Logo Customization
Silk-screen printing, PVC labels, epoxy doming, metal nameplates and adhesive stickers, positioned to brand guidelines.
Customized Lining
Pick-and-pluck foam, EPE, EVA, XPE and EPE options, cut to the equipment profile for a close fit.
Instrument Panel
Aluminium, stainless steel and acrylic panels machined to drawing, with cut-outs for displays, connectors and harnesses.
Partition Systems
Corrugated dividers and nylon file bags with adjustable compartments for organised, scratch-resistant storage.
CNC Foam & Laser Boring
Complex inserts machined in one piece for higher precision, plus laser boring for clean, efficient volume production.
Five steps from brief to shipment
-
01
Requirements Share equipment dimensions, weight, operating environment and protection requirements.
-
02
Structure & model We match an existing model or propose a modification, then issue a structural proposal.
-
03
Tooling & sample Tooling is cut after drawing approval, with samples verifying dimensions, lining and finish.
-
04
Production Production is scheduled after sample approval, with in-process and first-article checks.
-
05
Delivery Printing, nameplates, lining and accessories are assembled before consolidated shipment.

A 3D drawing or physical sample speeds up assessment. Without a drawing, equipment length, width, height and weight are enough for a first proposal.
Send us the equipment specs and we will propose a structure and lining
Structure, material, protection level and lining — in one proposal.
